How do I apply for a job on Jobentio?
To apply, navigate to our Find Jobs section, choose a vacancy, and click "Apply Now". You will be guided to log in or create a seeker profile where you can upload your CV, certificate, and other materials.
What file formats are accepted for attachments?
We securely support PDF, DOC, and DOCX files for your CV and qualification certificates. Passport photos and passports can be uploaded as JPEG or PNG files, and video introductions are accepted as high-quality MP4 formats.
How can I check the status of my active job application?
Simply log in and visit your User Dashboard. From there, you will see a list of applied vacancies. Click the "Check Status" link next to any listing to check detailed review paths, history logs, and administrator feedback.
Will I be notified when an admin updates my application?
Yes! Our system is equipped with transactional triggers. As soon as an administrator changes your status to Under Review, Shortlisted, Interview, or Accepted, a professional HTML email is sent straight to your inbox with custom remarks and further instructions.
